NAXTTalk to an Expert

The customer journey does not stop at CRM.

Why quote, order, fulfilment, service, and revenue need a shared architecture.

NAXT PERSPECTIVES · Customer Experience

Follow the handoffs

Map a real customer request from first enquiry through delivery and support. Record every change of system, team, and business identifier. Those boundaries often explain why an apparently simple request becomes a difficult service experience.

Agree on ownership

Define which application owns each business record and which team owns exceptions. An account, contract, subscription, and invoice have different lifecycles. Shared identifiers and explicit ownership help prevent competing versions of the truth.

Design for exceptions

Integration design should include duplicates, delayed messages, rejected updates, and partial fulfilment. Operations teams need enough context to resolve a failure without recreating the transaction by hand.

Measure the journey

Use business measures such as handoff delay, unresolved exceptions, and repeated customer contact. Pair those measures with technical monitoring so teams can see where application behavior affects the experience.
